Processing time

Orders are packed and sent within 1–3 business days. Orders with Priority Processing are packed first.

Delivery times and costs

United States: Standard Shipping, 5–8 business days after dispatch, $7.95. Free on orders of $100 or more (2 rails or more).

Rest of the world: International Tracked Shipping, 7–14 business days after dispatch, $12.95 USD (shown in your local currency at checkout). Free on orders of $100 USD or more.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays and customs.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and import taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged customs duties or import taxes by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, contact us. Orders with Shipping Protection are reshipped free of charge.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs changing; we can't change the address once an order has shipped.
